Flow charts can be created according to the furnace structure or product process flow, and the equipment operating status and process progress can be displayed in real time on the touchscreen. The intuitive interface allows operators to quickly grasp the current production progress and equipment status.

6. Flexible Temperature Curve Creation, Unlimited Curve Storage

Each curve has 30 programmable segments, and temperature curves can be created directly on the touchscreen. The number of temperature curves that can be stored is unlimited. Each curve can be named in Chinese/English for easy process classification management. Segment number selection for start-up (cross-segment start-up) is supported, and the curve range is adjustable.
