The Enamel Frit Furnace is a high-temperature furnace used for the preparation of glass frits and enamels. It is widely used in laboratories in the ceramics, glass, and enamel industries, and is also suitable for small-scale production.

This equipment is mainly used to prepare glass frits, low-temperature fluxes, enamel enamels, and various binders. Under high-temperature conditions, it allows for continuous operation of the feeding and melting processes and supports the immediate outflow of high-temperature liquids, improving process efficiency.

1. High-Temperature Feeding, Instant Solution Outflow

This melting furnace features high-temperature feeding, allowing users to add raw materials after the furnace reaches the set temperature, avoiding the impact of low-temperature stages on the melt composition. It also features instant high-temperature solution outflow, allowing the molten glass to flow out from the bottom or side of the furnace, enabling continuous or semi-continuous production.

2. Kontrol Suhu Yang Tepat, Uniform Furnace Temperature

Integrated circuit control eliminates overshoot. An intelligent temperature regulator combined with microcomputer program control ensures precise and stable temperature control, meeting the stringent temperature accuracy requirements for glass and enamel enamel preparation.

3. Programmable Control, Unattended Operation

Easy to operate, programmable control with PID self-tuning, automatic heating, pelestarian panas otomatis, and automatic cooling functions, requiring no on-site supervision.

4. Computer Communication, Remote Control

Optional computer communication is available, allowing operation of the furnace via computer (starting the furnace, stopping the furnace, pausing heating, setting heating curves, storing heating curves, historical curves, dll.). Software is provided free of charge. Data traceability meets quality management requirements.

5. Wide Adjustable Heating Rate

The heating rate can be freely adjusted from 1℃/h to 40℃/min. Users can flexibly set heating curves according to the characteristics of different materials to meet diverse needs from slow to rapid heating.

5. Diverse Crucible Materials for Different Materials

High-purity zircon is available as a crucible material, which is high-temperature resistant and corrosion-resistant, suitable for melting glass and enamel glazes.

6. Customizable Configuration
