This industrial box furnace features a large-capacity furnace chamber design, suitable for mass production in metal heat treatment, ceramic sintering, powder metallurgy, and other fields.

Heating elements are evenly distributed on both sides, bottom, and rear wall of the furnace chamber, forming a multi-faceted three-dimensional heating field, ensuring uniform temperature distribution within the furnace chamber.

3. Maximum temperature 1800℃, covering multiple processes

The maximum operating temperature can be designed according to process requirements, covering 600℃ to 1800℃. Heating elements can be selected from high-temperature alloy resistance wire, batang silikon karbida, or silicon molybdenum rods, adaptable to heat treatment processes of different temperature levels.

4. Precise temperature control, good process reproducibility

Equipped with a PLC + touch screen intelligent control system, it can store multiple process curves and monitor parameters such as furnace temperature and heating power in real time.

5. Convenient operation and simple maintenance

The furnace door adopts a side-opening or top-opening method for convenient operation. The furnace can be equipped with multi-layer material racks or specialized tooling to increase the throughput per batch. The equipment has a reasonable structural design and is easy to maintain.
