This high-temperature research-grade Pit Furnace/Atmosphere Furnace features a pit-type structure design, suitable for high-temperature sintering, heat treatment, and materials research in vacuum or various protective atmospheres.
Using silicon molybdenum rods as heating elements, combined with a high-precision temperature control system and a multi-atmosphere control system, the equipment can achieve high-temperature process control up to 1650℃, making it an important furnace for universities, research institutions, and high-end materials research and development.

- Ultra-high temperature performance, up to 1650℃
This equipment has a rated operating temperature of 1650℃ and a long-term operating temperature of 1600℃. It uses silicon molybdenum rods as heating elements, evenly distributed around the furnace chamber to form a three-dimensional heating field. The temperature uniformity within the furnace is ±3℃, meeting the stringent temperature requirements of high-end processes such as aerospace, new material research and development, and special ceramic sintering.
- Well-type vertical structure, suitable for high-temperature melting processes
It adopts a well-type vertical furnace structure with a heating zone of Φ200×200mm and a top-opening door, allowing workpieces to be vertically loaded from the top. It is particularly suitable for high-temperature melting processes, small-scale alloy smelting, and the trial production of special ceramics, as well as the smelting and heat treatment of small batches of high-purity materials.

Equipped with a mechanical rotary vane vacuum pump, the vacuum level can reach -0.1MPa. It can accommodate various gases such as hydrogen, nitrogen, argon, carbon monoxide, and oxygen, meeting the process requirements of vacuum sintering, atmosphere protection, and reduction treatment for different materials.
- 7-inch True Color Touchscreen Control
Equipped with a 7-inch true color touchscreen, it centrally controls parameters such as temperature, stage number, stage time, remaining time, output power percentage, voltase, and current. The user interface is user-friendly, and process parameter settings are intuitive and convenient.
- High-Quality Sealing, Ensuring Vacuum Degree
The furnace body seals use silicone rubber rings (temperature resistant 260℃-350℃), providing excellent sealing performance. Cooling components, including the furnace door and furnace opening, employ a dual-layer cooling structure of air cooling + water cooling, ensuring the furnace body temperature is ≤45℃.
