The 1250°C large-scale vacuum/controlled-atmosphere electric elevator High-Temperature Resistance Furnace is a piece of industrial heat treatment equipment that integrates vacuum capabilities, protective atmosphere control, high-temperature sintering, and an automatic lifting/loading system. It utilizes a composite heating structure (heating from the sides and bottom) and combines high-purity silicon carbide rods with high-temperature resistance wires. Coupled with vacuum and multi-atmosphere control systems, it meets the heat treatment requirements for advanced materials under vacuum, inert, reducing, and oxidizing atmospheres.
The equipment is equipped with an intelligent PLC control system, a 10-inch industrial touchscreen, RS485 remote communication capabilities, and a historical data management system.

With chamber dimensions of 2300mm (L) x 1000mm (W) x 1000mm (H) and a volume of 2.3 cubic meters, the furnace can process large batches of samples or large-sized workpieces simultaneously. It is ideal for large-scale industrial production, significantly boosting per-batch output.
- Dual-mode operation (vacuum and atmosphere) for a wide range of processes
It achieves a vacuum level of -0.1 MPa and supports the introduction of various gases, including hydrogen, nitrogen, argon, carbon monoxide, and oxygen. Seamless switching between vacuum and atmosphere modes meets the strict environmental requirements for processing alloy materials, ceramics, and powder metallurgy products. An overpressure protection system—driven by an electric contact pressure sensor—automatically shuts off the gas inlet valve, opens the exhaust valve, and triggers an alarm to ensure safe operation.
- Independently heated loading platform ensures uniform heating
High-temperature alloy resistance wires are installed at the bottom of the loading platform, allowing the material to be heated from below; together with the heating elements on the surrounding furnace walls, they create an all-encompassing, three-dimensional heating field.
- Electric lead-screw drive for smooth, precise loading and unloading
The horizontal movement of the equipment’s loading platform is driven by an electric lead screw mechanism, offering adjustable speed, high stability, and precise positioning. Vertical lifting is powered by four sets of lead screws, with adjustable lifting speeds. The electric drive system eliminates the need for manual pushing or pulling, making it suitable for loading and unloading heavy workpieces.
- Water cooling system to protect critical components
The integrated water cooling system includes a high-temperature circulating water pump, a water tank, and a radiator. Cooling circuits cover the furnace roof, opening, door, and outer casing.
