This 8m³ large-scale pit furnace utilizes high-temperature alloy resistance strips as heating elements and is specifically designed for the heat treatment of large workpieces, high-temperature sintering, and industrial production. It meets a wide range of process requirements, including sintering, melting, heat treatment, analytical testing, and batch production. This unit is a large-scale pit-type furnace featuring an 8-cubic-meter chamber, capable of processing large batches of materials or oversized workpieces simultaneously. It is designed for large-scale industrial production, significantly boosting per-batch throughput.
- Comprehensive heating (sides and bottom) for excellent temperature uniformity
The heating elements consist of high-temperature, molybdenum-containing alloy resistance strips arranged around the furnace walls. There are six tiers of M-shaped resistance strips; each tier measures 250 mm (height) × 2.5 mm (thickness) × 30 mm (width) and has a power rating of 30 kW. The furnace hearth utilizes six uniform-diameter silicon carbide rods—each rated at 15 kW—protected by ceramic plates.
- Split-body design for easy transport and installation
The furnace body features a split-structure design (upper and lower sections), facilitating transportation and on-site installation. It is suitable for the on-site assembly of large-scale equipment.
- Corrosion-resistant 316L stainless steel inner liner
The inner liner is constructed from 316L stainless steel (supplied by the customer) and features a sealed design. It offers excellent corrosion resistance, making it suitable for heat treatment processes across a variety of atmospheric environments.
