It can accept various gases such as hydrogen, nitrogen, argon, carbon monoxide, and oxygen. It uses a two-stage direct rotary vane vacuum pump, achieving a vacuum value of -0.1 MPa. Equipped with dual-indicator pressure gauges for positive and negative pressure, a digital vacuum gauge is optional.
- Precise Pressure Protection System
To prevent hazards caused by closed or blocked furnace exhaust ports, or excessive furnace pressure, a dedicated pressure protection system is installed. Signals from an electrical contact pressure gauge or pressure sensor drive the control module to close the electromagnetic inlet valve, activate the electromagnetic exhaust valve and alarm, releasing pressure from the exhaust port. An audible and visual alarm buzzer sounds, protecting the electric furnace for safe operation.
- 7-inch Touchscreen Centralized Control
A 7-inch touchscreen is used for centralized control of the heat treatment process of non-ferrous metal tungsten and molybdenum materials in a hydrogen atmosphere. The temperature controller employs high-precision 50-segment temperature control and can store multiple sintering curves.
