1. Large-capacity furnace chamber, suitable for batch drying

This electric drying oven has a furnace chamber size of 800mm × 800mm × 1200mm (D × W × H), with a volume of 0.768 cubic meters, suitable for drying, curing, and heat treatment of large batches of workpieces. It is equipped with an independent electrical control cabinet for convenient operation.

2. Three-sided heating, uniform temperature

The heating elements use high-temperature alloy resistance wire, installed on both sides and the bottom of the furnace chamber, forming a three-dimensional heating field. The furnace temperature uniformity is ±5℃ (depending on the furnace chamber size), ensuring reasonable temperature distribution and consistent processing results throughout the furnace.

3. Stainless steel inner liner, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean

The inner liner is made of double-layer SUS304 stainless steel, which is high-temperature resistant, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean. The smooth surface of the stainless steel inner liner does not contaminate materials, making it suitable for drying processes in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, and electronics where high cleanliness is required.

4. Internal slide rails for easy material loading and unloading

The furnace is equipped with internal slide rails (excluding the platform) to facilitate the entry and exit of material racks or carts, improving loading and unloading efficiency. Suitable for batch material loading and unloading operations, reducing labor intensity.

5. High-quality insulation material for energy efficiency

High-temperature, high-purity, energy-saving, lightweight multi-layer ceramic fiberboard is used as the refractory and insulation material. It has low heat storage, resistance to rapid heating and cooling, and excellent insulation performance.
