Rigorous Pre-shipment Inspection

Prior to shipment, our engineering and quality inspection teams conducted a comprehensive inspection of the electric furnace and its primary systems.

The equipment is designed for a maximum temperature of 1600°C, with a continuous operating temperature of 1550°C, and features a furnace chamber measuring 4000 × 800 × 800 مم. It is equipped with two loading platforms and three independent temperature control zones, with a rated power of 350 kW.

The heating system utilizes Type 1700 molybdenum disilicide (MoSi2) heating elements arranged around the furnace chamber. A three-zone temperature control system allows for independent regulation of the left, center, and right zones, ensuring stable and uniform heating throughout the large chamber.

Our technicians also meticulously inspected the hydraulic lifting system, electric loading platforms, temperature control system, safety features, electrical cabinets, and touchscreen control interface to ensure the equipment met all agreed-upon technical specifications before leaving the factory.

The heating system uses 1700-type silicon molybdenum heating elements installed around the furnace chamber. The three-zone temperature control system provides independent control of the left, center, and right zones, helping achieve stable and uniform heating throughout the large furnace chamber.

Our technicians also carefully checked the hydraulic lifting system, electric loading platforms, temperature control system, safety protection functions, electrical cabinet, and touchscreen control interface to ensure that the equipment meets the agreed technical requirements before leaving the factory.
