This vacuum melting furnace utilizes the principle of medium-frequency electromagnetic induction to melt metal under vacuum or inert gas protection. Induction heating causes the metal to heat up itself, resulting in rapid melting, uniform temperature, and good alloy composition consistency.

Vacuum and atmosphere protection options available

Melting can be performed in a vacuum environment, effectively removing gases and impurities from the metal; alternatively, inert gases such as nitrogen or argon can be introduced for protective melting to prevent metal oxidation. Suitable for melting highly reactive metals such as titanium alloys, high-temperature alloys, and special steels.

High vacuum degree for degassing and impurity removal

Equipped with a high vacuum system, the vacuum degree can reach a high level, effectively removing gases such as hydrogen, oxygen, and nitrogen, as well as volatile impurities, from the molten metal, improving metal purity and density.
