This electrically heated roller kiln is a roller tunnel kiln that uses a roller drive system. The material is placed on rollers and moved forward by the continuous rotation of the rollers, making it suitable for large-scale continuous production. Equipped with a frequency converter and a geared motor, it runs smoothly and can be steplessly speed-regulated. The residence time can be flexibly adjusted according to the material characteristics and process requirements.

Due to the small cross-section of the kiln and the ability to heat simultaneously above and below the roller table, the heating rate is fast, and the temperature distribution in the kiln is relatively uniform. The temperature difference between the top and bottom generally does not exceed 5℃, which creates conditions for rapid firing and improving product quality. For example, when used for decoration firing, it can ensure consistent color, brightness and vividness.
