This vacuum hot press furnace utilizes an electric precision hydraulic press with a maximum pressure of 200 tons. Compared to traditional atmospheric pressure sintering, hot pressing sintering can obtain dense materials with near-theoretical density at lower temperatures and in a shorter time, resulting in finer grains and superior mechanical properties.

2. Front and Side Door Options Available

Two door options are available: front and side opening. Users can choose flexibly based on their laboratory layout and operating habits. Front opening is suitable for areas with ample front operating space, while side opening is suitable for layouts with narrower aisles.

3. Precise Temperature Control and Uniform Furnace Temperature

Temperature control accuracy ±1℃, furnace temperature uniformity ±3℃. Utilizing K-type thermocouples (temperature range 0-1320℃) and an intelligent temperature controller, precise and stable temperature control is achieved. The heating rate can be freely adjusted within the range of 1℃/h to 20℃/min to meet the sintering process requirements of different materials.

4. Electric Precision Hydraulic Press with Adjustable Pressure

The press uses an electric precision hydraulic press with a maximum pressure of 200 tons. The pressure is digitally displayed and manually adjustable, and can be preset for automatic pressure reduction. Equipped with imported solenoid valves, it maintains good pressure. The stroke is adjustable to adapt to the needs of molds of different heights.

5. Vacuum and Atmosphere Protection

Hot pressing sintering can be performed in a vacuum environment, effectively preventing material oxidation. A protective atmosphere can be introduced to meet the atmospheric requirements of different materials. The furnace mouth uses a 3-4 layer tapered stepped soft seal, with elastic high-temperature sealing strips arranged on the steps, which can effectively absorb the thermal expansion of the refractory material at the furnace mouth and the charging platform, resulting in excellent sealing performance.
