This high vacuum tube furnace (vacuum aging furnace) is specifically designed for vacuum aging treatment, high-temperature heat treatment, and atmosphere protection experiments. The system supports nitrogen protective atmosphere, historical data recording, program curve editing, and USB data export, meeting the stringent requirements of complex processes for temperature, فارغ, and operational stability.

1. High Vacuum Degree, Meeting Aging Process Requirements

This equipment uses a mechanical pump + molecular pump unit, achieving a vacuum degree of 1.33×10⁻¹~1.33×10⁻³Pa (pumping speed ≤30min). Equipped with a digital display composite vacuum gauge, it displays the vacuum degree in real time, meeting the requirements of high vacuum heat treatment processes such as vacuum aging, الصلب, and degassing.

2. Large Diameter and Capacity, Strong Load-Bearing Capacity

The furnace tube is made of 310S stainless steel (sandblasted), with a diameter of 219mm, a heating zone of 900mm, and a constant temperature zone of 600mm. The furnace tube has an internal perforated support plate with a load-bearing capacity ≤50kg. Two furnace tube trays can be placed (300mm long × 120mm wide × 80mm high, with 2mm diameter openings at the bottom, 3mm spacing, and 2mm thickness). Employs three independent thermocouples for temperature control, using a Xiamen Yudian intelligent temperature controller. It features multiple adjustment modes including standard PID, AI-based APID, and MPT, with self-tuning and self-learning functions, eliminating overshoot and undershoot. Temperature uniformity in the constant temperature working area is ≤±5℃ for a 600mm furnace and ≤±4℃ for a 400mm furnace (aging temperature 280-320℃), with a temperature difference of ≤2℃ between the three measuring points.

5. 100-Segment Programmable, Flexible Adaptation to Complex Processes

Features 10-100 segment programmable control, enabling arbitrary slope temperature rise and fall control. It includes programmable commands such as jump (loop), run, pause, and stop, allowing for program modification at any time during operation.

6. Touchscreen Full Control, Chinese/English Switchable

Equipped with a touchscreen operating system, allowing for easy switching between Chinese and English. Full-screen display and operation of instruments, bar charts, historical trends, data reports, alarm information, data export, process flow, system management, إلخ. 7. Nitrogen Atmosphere for Precise Control
