The lifting furnace touchscreen control system is a human-machine interface system specifically developed for the automated control of lifting electric furnaces. The equipment utilizes a high-performance TFT true-color touchscreen, combined with a high-precision temperature control module, enabling functions such as furnace temperature control, charging platform entry/exit lifting control, process curve editing, data recording, alarm management, and remote communication.
The system supports centralized management of up to 10 electric furnaces. The bilingual (Chinese and English) interface intuitively displays the operating status and supports program editing, real-time monitoring, historical queries, and parameter management, improving automation and management efficiency.

Historical curves are presented in graphical and textual format, storing approximately 20 months of data. Data reports (EXCEL format) are stored for approximately 20 months, with simultaneous display from multiple points, and storage can be expanded via USB flash drive.
