Each curve has 30 programmable segments, allowing direct creation of temperature curves on the touchscreen. The number of temperature curves that can be stored is unlimited. Each curve can be named in Chinese/English for easy process classification and management. It supports segment number selection for startup (cross-segment startup), and the curve range is adjustable to meet diverse process requirements.

5. Comprehensive Data Recording and Traceability Functions

Historical curves are presented in graphical and textual format, storing approximately 20 months of data. Data reports (EXCEL format) are stored for approximately 20 months, with simultaneous display from multiple points, and storage can be expanded via USB flash drive. The interval for recording historical curves and reports is adjustable (1 second to 3600 seconds) to meet the data density requirements of different processes.

6. Real-time Alarm Information Prompts and Chinese Display

Alarm indicators change color (red) to indicate an alarm, and alarm information is displayed in Chinese, including the alarm time and event description, facilitating quick identification and handling of abnormal situations by operators.
