This 1600℃ atmosphere vacuum furnace is specifically designed for high-temperature vacuum sintering and atmosphere-protected heat treatment processes. It integrates a temperature control system, vacuum system, gas path system, pressure protection system, and intelligent program control system, making it suitable for high-end material research and development and industrial-grade heat treatment applications.

The equipment employs an 1800-type U-shaped silicon molybdenum rod heating system, combined with a high-purity alumina fiber insulation structure, achieving stable high-temperature output and excellent furnace temperature uniformity. The entire machine is compatible with vacuum and multiple atmospheres, meeting the diverse and complex process requirements of scientific research experiments and industrial production.

1. Maximum Operating Temperature 1600℃, No Derating During Long-Term Use

This equipment has a maximum operating temperature of 1600℃ and can operate continuously at 1600℃ without derating limitations. It uses 1800-type U-shaped silicon molybdenum rod heating elements, arranged on both sides of the furnace chamber, ensuring stable output and long lifespan under ultra-high temperature conditions.

2. Water Cooling System, Protecting Critical Components

Equipped with 3-meter-long inlet and outlet water pipes (water source to be provided by the customer). Water cooling includes the furnace opening and top of the furnace chamber. Multi-channel pure aluminum water circulation heat sinks are used to effectively reduce water temperature. A chiller can be arranged separately if needed.

3. Comprehensive Vacuum and Atmosphere System

The vacuum pump is to be provided by the customer. The furnace body is equipped with a digital display vacuum gauge, with a vacuum value reaching -0.1Mpa. The furnace chamber steel plate is 6-20mm thick, double-sided welded, and can withstand a positive pressure of 0.1Mpa. Gas valves are made of stainless steel and equipped with a three-way mass flow meter for precise control of various gas flow rates. It can handle various atmospheres including hydrogen, nitrogen, argon, carbon monoxide, and oxygen.

4.7-inch Touchscreen for Intelligent Operation

Equipped with a 7-inch touchscreen, it displays parameters such as temperature, segment number, segment time, remaining time, output power percentage, voltase, and current. It features 30-segment program control, allowing input of multiple curves and supporting commands such as jump, loop, run, pause, and stop. The program can be modified at any time during operation.

5. Multiple Safety Protections

Pressure Protection: A signal from an electrical contact pressure gauge or pressure sensor drives the control module to close the electromagnetic intake valve, activate the electromagnetic exhaust valve and alarm, releasing pressure from the exhaust port with audible and visual alarms.
