This 1200℃ precision heating furnace utilizes high-temperature alloy resistance band heating technology, featuring a four-sided heating structure and a dual-zone independent temperature control system. The furnace chamber dimensions are 1300×800×600mm. Its trolley-type loading structure allows for rapid loading and unloading at high temperatures, improving production efficiency. This equipment uses resistance band heating elements (HRE) evenly distributed at the bottom, rear, and left and right sides of the furnace chamber, forming a comprehensive three-dimensional heating field. The furnace chamber dimensions are 1300mm deep × 800mm wide × 600mm high, with a moderate volume suitable for batch heat treatment of medium-sized workpieces.

The temperature sensing element uses S-type thermocouples (Chongqing Materials Research Institute), with two thermocouples positioned at the top of the furnace for temperature control and one for measurement. PID programmable control meets the temperature curve requirements of different processes.

6. 10-inch touchscreen + Siemens PLC control

Equipped with a 10-inch touchscreen, it uses Siemens PLC control, PID regulation, and microcomputer control. It features programmable temperature control curves, requiring no supervision (fully automatic heating, holding, dan penyejukan). An SCR power regulator allows setting heating, holding, and cooling program curves, with the program’s running status displayed on the touchscreen. 7. Z-shaped exhaust port for easy exhaust of waste gas

A Z-shaped φ40mm exhaust port is located slightly above the rear and is fitted with a plug. This facilitates the discharge of waste gas and flue gas generated during heat treatment, maintaining a clean environment inside the furnace.
