Designed specifically for fire assay analysis, this furnace integrates all the functions required for the ash blowing process. It features a cylinder-controlled top-opening door, an observation window, and a camera system, enabling door-free ash blowing and full-process visual observation. As a professional laboratory furnace, it is an ideal choice for precious metal analysis laboratories.

1.Ash Blowing Furnace Function
This equipment is specifically designed for the ash blowing process in fire assay analysis, featuring a doorless ash blowing function. Ventilation and oxygen supply pipelines are located at the rear lower part of the furnace, and together with a high-pressure blower and flow control valve, the air velocity during ash blowing can be precisely adjusted.
2.Electric Top-Opening Door with Dual Control Modes
The furnace door is pneumatically controlled for opening and closing, compatible with both automatic and manual control. It is equipped with an operating handle and foot switch for easy manual opening in case of debugging or malfunction. In the event of unexpected gas or power outages, the furnace door remains in its original position and will not fall, ensuring operational safety. The door design of this ash blowing furnace considers both safety and convenience in laboratory settings.
3.Fully Automatic Visual Observation System
The Fire Assay furnace door features an ash blowing observation window, measuring 50mm × 80mm. The observation window’s structure, from the inside out, consists of a stainless steel mirror panel + double-layered insulated glass + camera bracket + dual cooling fans. The stainless steel mirror panel is closed by default and automatically opens when observation is required.
4.Smoke Collection and Exhaust System
Equipped with a 304 stainless steel smoke hood, it collects smelting fumes from the furnace entrance. The smoke hood is detachable from the furnace body.
5.Touchscreen Centralized Control for Intuitive Operation
