Depending on process requirements, high-temperature alloy resistance wire, silicon carbide rod, or silicon molybdenum rod heating elements can be selected to adapt to the sintering and heat treatment requirements of different materials.

4. Flexible gas inlet system

Equipped with an adjustable gas inlet system, supporting switching between multiple atmospheres such as nitrogen, argon, and hydrogen. Gas flow rate can be precisely controlled to meet the stringent requirements of different processes regarding atmosphere composition and flow rate.

5. High-quality furnace lining, energy-saving and heat-insulating
