1. Large-capacity furnace chamber

This series of vacuum box furnaces features a large-capacity furnace chamber design, combined with a clean, integrated vacuum-gas structure to avoid cross-contamination and meet high-purity heat treatment requirements.

2. Flexible switching between vacuum and atmosphere protection

It can be evacuated and inert gases (نتروجين, الأرجون) or reducing gases (hydrogen) can be introduced to achieve processes such as vacuum sintering, atmosphere-protected annealing, and degassing. Excellent sealing performance ensures a stable atmosphere inside the furnace, effectively preventing material oxidation.

3. Maximum temperature of 1800℃, multi-temperature zone options supported

Temperature control can reach up to 1800℃, supporting independent temperature control configurations for multiple zones. Depending on process requirements, high-temperature alloy resistance wire, silicon carbide rod, or silicon molybdenum rod heating elements can be selected to adapt to the sintering and heat treatment requirements of different materials.

4. Flexible gas inlet system

Equipped with an adjustable gas inlet system, supporting switching between multiple atmospheres such as nitrogen, الأرجون, and hydrogen. Gas flow rate can be precisely controlled to meet the stringent requirements of different processes regarding atmosphere composition and flow rate.

5. High-quality furnace lining, energy-saving and heat-insulating
