A Frit Furnace is an industrial-grade melting furnace/smelting furnace specifically designed for melting high-temperature glass and high-purity materials. This equipment features an electrically operated tilting structure, enabling safe and precise pouring of the melt under high-temperature conditions. 1. Electric Tilting Design for Convenient Discharge

This tilting furnace (Smelting Furnace) uses an electrically adjustable tilting method. The crucible is heated from all sides, and after melting, the molten glass can be precisely poured into the mold via electric control. A discharge buzzer indicates the pour, making operation convenient and reducing the risk of manual contact with the high-temperature molten material.

2. Platinum Crucible, High Temperature and Corrosion Resistant

The crucible is made of zircon with a platinum inner lining, with a volume of 0.5L. The platinum crucible has the advantages of high temperature resistance (maximum operating temperature 1450℃), corrosion resistance, and non-contamination of the molten material, making it particularly suitable for the melting processes of high-purity glass, optical glass, and specialty glass.

3. Top Loading for Easy Operation

The crucible is inserted into the furnace top and can also be lifted out. A charging buzzer indicates the loading time, allowing operators to accurately determine the timing of charging. The furnace body is compact, with dimensions of 1000×770×1150mm, suitable for laboratory and small-batch production.

4. Uniform Temperature Heating with Silicon Carbide Rods
