The 1200℃ vacuum atmosphere rotary furnace is an industrial-grade rotary tube furnace/vacuum furnace used for continuous processing of powder and granular materials. The equipment combines a rotating furnace tube with a controlled atmosphere system to achieve uniform heating, reaction, and sintering of materials in a high-temperature environment.

This vacuum atmosphere rotary furnace uses high-purity quartz glass furnace tubes. The heating section tube dimensions are ￠280×￠264×5300mm, the heating zone length is 3000mm, and the cooling section is 1000mm. The large-diameter design is suitable for large-volume continuous processing of powdery and granular materials, with a capacity of 20-40L/h (reference value, 15% load, 2-hour high-temperature residence time).

2. Three independent temperature zones with precise temperature curves

Three independent heating zones are set along the length of the furnace tubes, each with a heating power of 20kW, totaling 60kW.

3. Adjustable Furnace Tube Speed ​​and Tilt for Uniform Material Heating

The furnace tube speed is continuously adjustable from 0-15 rpm via frequency conversion, and the furnace body tilt angle is adjustable from 0-10°. A servo motor drives the material to tumble and heat evenly within the furnace tube. The residence time can be precisely controlled by combining speed and tilt angle to adapt to different process requirements.

4. Vacuum and Multi-Atmosphere Compatibility

The vacuum level can reach -0.098 MPa, with a pressure resistance of 0.1 MPa. A water-circulating vacuum pump and PLC program control enable atmosphere replacement within the furnace tube and integral replacement of the material inlet and outlet hoppers. It can introduce various gases such as hydrogen chloride, نتروجين, الأرجون, and hydrogen to meet the sintering, reduction, and chlorination process requirements of different materials.

5. Excellent Sealing Structure

The furnace tube inlet end is equipped with a sealing structure made of high-purity quartz glass with an outer layer of 316L stainless steel, providing excellent sealing performance. The furnace head hood is designed with exhaust and inlet ports, while the furnace tail hood is equipped with an inlet port for introducing hydrogen chloride gas or other reactive gases into the furnace to accommodate different sintering processes.

6. Automatic Feeding via Electromagnetic Feeder

The feeding device uses an electromagnetic feeder, with all feed material made of high-purity quartz glass to avoid material contamination. The feeder is equipped with a transition hopper, connected at the top to the feed hoppers (four 50L hoppers, inlaid with PTFE), enabling automatic continuous feeding.
