The 1000℃ atmosphere lifting electric furnace is a large-scale industrial-grade vacuum furnace/heat treating oven designed specifically for high-performance material sintering and heat treatment processes. The equipment employs an innovative dual heating system (around the sides + bottom), combined with atmosphere control and micro-positive pressure sintering technology, enabling a highly uniform and stable heat treatment process.

- Innovative Dual Heating System
This equipment employs an innovative dual heating system. The bottom of the loading platform is equipped with a high-temperature alloy resistance wire. The perimeter is protected by silicon carbide rods and quartz tubes, while the bottom is protected by resistance wire and quartz tubes, ensuring uniform heating. It features two temperature control zones (one at the bottom and one around the perimeter).
- Large-Capacity Furnace Chamber
The Lifting Electric Furnace chamber dimensions are 2000mm × 1200mm × 1000mm (length × width × height), offering a large volume suitable for heat treatment of large batches of workpieces. It is equipped with 60 330×330×20mm heating plates and 120 65×65×230mm support pillars to meet batch loading requirements.
- Electric Lifting + Electric Removal
The loading platform utilizes an electric lifting and electric removal furnace structure, enabling one-button start-up. The furnace door opens via a bottom vertical lift. The charging platform and furnace opening utilize a 3-4 layer tapered stepped soft seal, with elastic high-temperature sealing strips arranged on the steps to effectively absorb the thermal expansion of the refractory materials at the furnace opening and charging platform.
- Vacuum and Atmosphere Control System
Equipped with an air intake system (8 air inlets around the lower side walls, centralized on a single main pipeline, equipped with 2 flow meters, allowing control of each air inlet switch according to the heating program) and an air outlet (DN40 flange at the top of the Lifting Electric Furnace). Fluororubber O-rings (temperature resistance below 260℃) are used, providing excellent sealing performance.
- Micro-positive Pressure Control and Automatic Exhaust
Equipped with a digital display pressure transmitter (0-5000Pa), enabling micro-positive pressure sintering. Automatic exhaust occurs when the pressure exceeds the set value and automatically shuts off when it falls below the set value. Safety protection automatically shuts off the air inlet valve when the maximum set limit is exceeded, ensuring process safety.

Made from vacuum-formed high-purity alumina lightweight material combined with high-purity alumina hollow spherical panels, ensuring both thermal insulation and load-bearing performance.
