This 1000℃ large-scale multi-section rotary kiln furnace production line adopts an integrated design for drying, calcination, tail gas purification, and cooling recovery. With a total length of approximately 40 meters, the system integrates a drying furnace, calcination furnace, tail gas purification furnace, cooling section, waste heat recovery system, automatic feeding system, and intelligent PLC control platform, achieving fully automated operation from material feeding, drying, calcination, cooling to tail gas treatment. The entire set of equipment uses a Siemens PLC central control system, an industrial touch screen operating platform, and an ABB frequency converter drive system, enabling centralized monitoring and remote management of temperature, speed, flow rate, power consumption, and process parameters.

1. Multi-section structure, integrated process flow

This equipment is a large-scale multi-section rotary kiln, approximately 40 meters in length, consisting of a feeding section, a drying furnace (5 zones), a calcining furnace (5 zones), a tail gas purification furnace (4 zones), and a cooling section. It integrates drying, calcination, tail gas purification, dan penyejukan, achieving continuous and automated production of material heat treatment processes.

2. Large-diameter, long furnace tubes, outstanding processing capacity

The drying and calcining furnaces have furnace tubes with a diameter of 1030mm and a length of 6000mm. The cooling section also has a diameter of 1030mm and a length of 6000mm. This allows for large-scale, continuous industrial production with a large single-batch processing capacity.

3. Independent zone heating, flexible process

The drying furnace has 5 heating systems, the calcining furnace has 5 heating systems, and the tail gas purification furnace has 4 heating systems. Each heating zone can be independently controlled. The control panel has a manual heating start knob, and the touchscreen allows engineers to manually operate each heating zone and flexibly adjust process parameters.

4. Fully Automatic PLC Control, Remote Monitoring

Utilizing an S7-1500 series central CPU controller, the system implements sequential, conditional, timing, and counting control of the process electrical control equipment, PID adjustment, 485 communication, and Profinet interface control functions, as well as automatic accumulation and data processing of flow and energy parameters. It supports network topology and remote monitoring.

5. Exhaust Gas Purification System, Environmentally Compliant

The exhaust gas purification furnace is equipped with four heating zones and four temperature control points, providing high-temperature purification of waste gas generated during drying and calcination, effectively removing harmful substances and meeting environmental emission requirements.

6. Cooling and Waste Heat Recovery, Energy Efficient

The cooling section is equipped with two temperature measurement points: one at the waste heat recovery inlet and one at the outlet, as well as a water pressure gauge with electrical contacts. Except for the waste heat recovery motor, all other motors in the cooling section—feed motor, furnace tube rotary motor (two 4KW frequency converters), waste heat recovery motor (4KW frequency converter), and spray motor (2.2KW)—use direct start control, achieving efficient cooling and waste heat recovery.
