The 3-ton remote-controlled medium-frequency induction melting furnace is a medium-frequency induction heating device suitable for melting cast iron, cast steel, stainless steel, and non-ferrous metals.This equipment employs an intelligent remote control system, high-voltage medium-frequency power supply technology, and a steel shell furnace structure, resulting in fast melting speed, low energy consumption, stabiele werking, and ease of use. Configurations can be selected based on the company’s production capacity requirements, transformer capacity, and smelting process. The KGPS-3T-8 and KGPS-3T-8G utilize high-pressure induction furnace technology, with a furnace voltage of 5400–5600V. A three-stage boost circuit reduces reactive current by 60%, besparing 200 kWh of electricity per ton of molten iron. The KGPS-3T-3 and KGPS-3T-5 use voltages of 2600V and 3600V respectively, saving 90–100 kWh of electricity per ton of molten iron.
