The KGPS-3T-8 and KGPS-3T-8G utilize high-pressure induction furnace technology, with a furnace voltage of 5400–5600V. A three-stage boost circuit reduces reactive current by 60%, saving 200 kWh of electricity per ton of molten iron. The KGPS-3T-3 and KGPS-3T-5 use voltages of 2600V and 3600V respectively, saving 90–100 kWh of electricity per ton of molten iron.
- Patented integrated inductor technology, maintenance-free and low loss
An integrated inductor can be optionally installed to replace traditional reactors. Traditional reactors use hollow tube coils, resulting in small conductive area, high electrical losses, complex water circuits, and a high failure rate. The integrated inductor eliminates induced current throughout the entire unit, making operation safer, maintenance-free, and highly reliable.
