Description

AJG-6.0KW-3 Handheld Ultra-High Frequency Induction Heating Device (Split Type)

This handheld ultra-high frequency induction heating device is a portable induction heating system specifically developed for precision localized heating applications. The device utilizes MOSFET power devices and fourth-generation soft-switching fully resonant dual-control inverter technology, operating in a frequency range of 0.5-1.1MHz. It is suitable for processes such as micro-welding, precision brazing, localized quenching, and on-site repair.

This device features a split design, with the power supply system and handheld heating head separate, making it flexible to operate and convenient for on-site work. The ultra-high frequency output concentrates heat on the workpiece surface, resulting in rapid and precise localized heating.

Product Features

  1. Ultra-high frequency output, extremely shallow penetration depth

Operating frequency 0.5-1.1MHz (500kHz-1100kHz), belonging to the ultra-high frequency band, resulting in extremely shallow heating penetration depth (typically less than 0.5mm). Heat is highly concentrated on the workpiece surface, allowing for precise heating of weld points as small as 0.1mm in diameter.

  1. Small surface hardening area, minimal workpiece deformation

The surface hardening area can be controlled within 0.1–1.0 square centimeters, and the hardened layer depth can be adjusted by frequency. Ultra-high frequency heating only hardens the localized area that needs to be treated, without affecting the interior of the substrate.

  1. Handheld and portable design, flexible on-site operation

The entire machine weighs only a few kilograms. The handheld probe or coil can be precisely aimed at small areas or hard-to-reach locations. It does not need to be fixed at the work station and can adapt to on-site or mobile heating needs.

  1. Instant Heating and Rapid Cooling

Reaches the set temperature within seconds and cools down quickly after use. Significantly improves work efficiency, shortens process waiting time, and is suitable for on-site operations with frequent start-stop cycles.

  1. Digital Control and Real-Time Parameter Display

Equipped with a user-friendly interface, the digital display shows parameters such as frequency, power, voltage, and current in real time. Power, heating time, and temperature are adjustable, and a time control mode is optional to ensure precise control of the heating process.

  1. 100% Duty Cycle, 24-Hour Uninterrupted Operation

Supports 24-hour continuous operation, suitable for mass production and high-intensity work scenarios. Uses top global brand components (IXYS/EUPEC/FUJI) to ensure long-term operational reliability.

  1. Compact and Lightweight, Easy Installation

Available in both integrated and split configurations. The split design allows for flexible on-site deployment. It occupies only the space of a fax machine, with a simple and durable casing, and is plug-and-play.
