Large-Scale Induction Heating Equipment

Large-Scale Induction Heating Equipment

Large-scale induction heating equipment is a high-power industrial-grade induction heating system widely used in processes such as heating, forging, and heat treatment of large-sized metal workpieces. This equipment employs advanced induction heating technology, featuring high efficiency, energy saving, and stable operation, making it one of the key heating furnace devices in large-scale industrial production.

The equipment adopts an all-stainless steel structure design, combined with a remote control system and a highly reliable electrical protection scheme, ensuring safe and stable operation even under high load conditions. It is suitable for heavy industry and continuous production environments.

Product Features (Large-Scale Induction Heating Equipment)

  1. Full-Function Remote Control

This large-scale induction heating equipment is equipped with a full-function remote control system. Operators can complete all operations, including equipment start-up, power adjustment, heating time setting, and emergency stop, from a safe distance. The remote control distance is long and the signal is stable, making it particularly suitable for heating large workpieces, operating in high-temperature environments, and integrating with automated production lines.

  1. All-Stainless Steel Furnace Body, Durable and Corrosion-Resistant

The furnace body is constructed entirely of stainless steel, offering high strength, corrosion resistance, and oxidation resistance. It is suitable for long-term use in harsh industrial environments such as humid, dusty, and corrosive gas environments. The surface is easy to clean, maintenance is convenient, and the equipment has a long service life.

  1. Zero-Heat Magnetic Yoke

Utilizing zero-heat magnetic yoke technology, the yoke itself does not generate heat; all electrical energy is converted into heat energy from the workpiece. Compared to traditional induction heating equipment, this results in higher energy utilization, a lighter cooling system load, and lower overall operating costs.

  1. Thyristor Protection Board

Equipped with a thyristor protection board, providing multiple protections for power switching devices, including overcurrent, overvoltage, overheating, and short circuit. Fast protection response effectively prevents device damage, improving equipment reliability and lifespan.

  1. Integrated Reactor

The reactor is integrated with the main unit, reducing external components, resulting in a compact structure and small footprint. Optimized internal wiring ensures good electromagnetic compatibility and minimizes interference with external equipment.

  1. High Power Output, Suitable for Large Workpieces

High output power meets the heating requirements of large workpieces, large-size bars, and batch loading.

Operating Instructions1. Before starting the industrial electric furnace, check whether the electrical equipment, water cooling system, inductor copper tubes, etc. are in good condition. Otherwise, do not start the furnace.
2. Furnace lining wear exceeding the specified limit should be repaired promptly. Melting is strictly prohibited in a crucible with excessive wear.
3. A responsible person must be in charge of power supply and furnace startup. After power is supplied, do not touch the inductor or cables. The operator on duty shall not leave the post without authorization and shall monitor the inductor and the external condition of the crucible.
4. Before charging, check whether any flammable, explosive or other harmful materials are mixed in the furnace charge. If any are found, remove them immediately. Do not add cold or wet materials directly into the molten steel. After the molten liquid fills the upper part, do not add large pieces of material to prevent crusting.
5. When repairing the furnace or ramming the crucible, do not mix iron filings or iron oxide. The rammed crucible must be dense and solid.
6. The pouring area and the pit in front of the furnace must be free of obstacles and standing water to prevent explosion caused by molten iron (steel) falling to the ground.
7. Molten iron (steel) shall not be filled too full. When hand-carrying a ladle for pouring, the two operators shall coordinate well, walk steadily, and not walk or stop abruptly. After pouring, the remaining material shall be poured into the designated location. Do not pour randomly.
8. The medium frequency generator room shall be kept clean. Flammable, explosive and other miscellaneous items are strictly prohibited from being brought into the room. Smoking is prohibited in the room.

Application Areas (Large-Scale Induction Heating Equipment)
