Description

Medium-Frequency Coreless Induction Melting Furnace

The medium-frequency coreless induction melting furnace is a device that melts metal using the principle of medium-frequency electromagnetic induction. It employs a high-power-density steel shell furnace structure and is equipped with a hydraulic tilting mechanism and a water-cooled arc-shaped magnetic yoke. The optimized design of the induction coil improves electromagnetic conversion efficiency. During the melting process, the electromagnetic stirring effect generated by the medium-frequency magnetic field causes the molten metal to flow within the molten pool, resulting in a more uniform chemical composition. It also facilitates the flotation of inclusions and slag, improving the quality of the molten metal.

Product Features

  1. High-Efficiency and Energy-Saving Design

High-power-density coreless steel shell structure, equipped with a water-cooled arc-shaped magnetic yoke, significantly reducing external magnetic circuit losses; optimized induction coil design improves electromagnetic conversion efficiency, resulting in significant energy savings.

  1. Compact and Movable Structure

Ultra-small size, lightweight, occupying less than 1 square meter, movable design, very convenient installation and operation, suitable for workshops or laboratories with limited space.

  1. Rapid Melting Capacity

Calculated based on maximum melting capacity, each furnace melting time is only 20-30 minutes; capable of 24-hour uninterrupted melting, meeting the needs of mass production.

  1. Flexible Furnace Body Replacement

Furnace bodies of different weights, materials, and starting methods can be easily replaced to adapt to various melting process requirements, making it a multi-purpose machine.

  1. Hydraulic Tilting Mechanism

Utilizing a hydraulically driven tilting mechanism, combined with a high-strength frame structure, it is sturdy and durable, ensuring smooth and controllable material pouring, and safe and labor-saving operation.

  1. Uniform Heating and Magnetic Stirring

The heating has good penetration and uniform temperature; the medium-frequency magnetic field generates magnetic stirring effect on the molten metal, which is beneficial for uniform composition and slag removal, thus improving the smelting quality.
