The heating elements are U-shaped silicon molybdenum rods, vertically installed on both sides and the rear of the furnace chamber (three-sided heating). Temperature control accuracy is ±1 degree Celsius, and furnace temperature uniformity is ±6 degrees Celsius. Combined with a high-purity alumina fiber lining and multi-layer insulation structure, it is suitable for large-sized workpieces or batch processing.

2. Are the heating elements durable?

The heating elements are U-shaped silicon molybdenum rods; two spare rods are included.

3. How is the heating rate controlled?

The heating rate is controlled in segments: below 1000℃, less than 15℃/min; 1000-1400درجه مئوية, less than 10℃/min; above 1400℃, less than 5℃/min. A maximum heating/cooling rate of 10-20℃/min is recommended; excessively rapid heating will shorten the lifespan of the heating elements.
