This quartz glass liner atmosphere vacuum furnace features a high-strength vacuum sealing structure and a quartz glass liner design, specifically developed and manufactured for vacuum sintering, protective atmosphere heat treatment, and high-purity material experiments. The equipment combines a high-temperature alloy resistance wire heating system with intelligent programmable temperature control technology to achieve high-precision temperature control and a stable atmosphere environment.

The furnace body adopts a double-layer air-cooled structure and is equipped with a water circulation cooling system, effectively reducing the furnace temperature and improving the long-term operational stability of the equipment. Water cooling is provided for the furnace inlet, furnace door, and furnace top within the furnace chamber. Multi-channel pure aluminum water circulation heat sinks significantly reduce the risk of overheating.

4. Vacuum System and Pressure Control

A water-circulating vacuum pump unit is used, with a vacuum value of -0.1MPa. The furnace lining steel plate is 6-20mm thick, double-sided welded, and can withstand a positive pressure of 0.1MPa. It is equipped with dual-indicator pressure gauges for both positive and negative pressure, and a digital vacuum gauge is optional, enabling precise control of the vacuum pressure.
