Fully Automated Air-Cooled Thermal Shock Furnace

The fully automated air-cooled thermal shock furnace is a high-end industrial-grade thermal shock furnace used for rapid thermal cycling testing of materials. The equipment, through a PLC automatic control system, automatically switches the workpiece between the high-temperature furnace chamber and the rapid cooling system, and is used to test the thermal stability and structural reliability of materials under extreme temperature change conditions.

This equipment is widely used in the fields of ceramics, metals, electronic components, and new materials, and is an important industrial furnace for material thermal shock testing and reliability verification.

Thermal Shock Furnace Product Features

  1. Fully Automatic Operation, One-Button Thermal Shock Testing

This thermal shock furnace adopts PLC + touchscreen fully automatic control, automatically executing the following program: furnace door opens → workpiece enters → temperature reaches set point → workpiece is pulled out → furnace door closes → air cooling for rapid cooling (or rotation into water tank/air cooling) → return and repeat. The number of cycles can be freely set. No manual intervention is required throughout the process, resulting in high testing efficiency and repeatable results.

  1. Electric Top-Opening Door, Convenient Operation

The furnace door uses a PLC-controlled electric top-opening mechanism, combined with an automatic workpiece loading and unloading mechanism, achieving fully automatic loading and unloading. The opening and closing of the furnace door is linked to the workpiece movement, eliminating the need for manual operation and avoiding the risk of burns from high temperatures.

  1. Electric Water Immersion, Selectable Cooling Method

Water cooling uses PLC-controlled electric water immersion control, automatically immersing the workpiece in a water tank for rapid cooling according to process requirements. Air cooling or air cooling methods are also optional to meet the requirements of different thermal shock testing standards.

  1. Electric Movement, Automatic Workpiece Transfer

Workpiece entry and exit utilize a PLC-controlled electric movement system, automatically transferring workpieces from the furnace to the cooling station with accurate positioning and consistent cycle time. The number of repetitions can be freely set to meet the needs of batch and cyclic testing.
