This 800℃ KQGA continuous production vacuum atmosphere rotary furnace combines a continuous rotary structure with an atmosphere protection system, enabling continuous feeding, heating, cooling, and discharging of materials under a protective atmosphere.
The entire system features independent temperature control in three zones, 625 high-temperature corrosion-resistant stainless steel furnace tubes, an automatic feeding system, and an intelligent touchscreen control platform, meeting the stringent requirements of industrial continuous production for temperature uniformity, product consistency, and automation.

- Continuous Production, High Efficiency
This equipment is a continuous production type vacuum atmosphere rotary furnace. Materials are continuously fed in from the inlet, processed in the high-temperature heating zone, and continuously discharged from the outlet. The total furnace tube length is 4m, the heating zone length is 2m, and the cooling section length is 800mm, suitable for large-scale continuous production of powdery and granular materials.
- Three Independent Temperature Zones, Precise and Controllable Temperature
Three independent temperature zones are used for control. Each zone can be set with its own temperature, achieving precise temperature curve control for preheating, sintering, and cooling. Temperature control accuracy is ±1℃. Integrated circuit control eliminates overshoot, meeting the stringent temperature curve requirements of different materials.
- Large Diameter Furnace Tube, High Processing Capacity
The furnace tubes of this equipment have a diameter of 220mm (wall thickness of 6mm) and are made of 625 baja tahan karat, which is resistant to high temperatures and corrosion. The heating zone is 2 meters long, enabling it to process large batches.
- Adjustable Furnace Tube Inclination and Rotation Speed, Controllable Residence Time
The furnace tube inclination angle is adjustable from 1-10 derajat, and the rotation speed is adjustable from 1-10 r/min.
- Nitrogen Atmosphere, Reliable Sealing
Nitrogen can be used as a protective atmosphere. The inlet is equipped with a float flow meter (0-40L) for precise adjustment of the inlet volume. The inlet is located at the outlet end, and the exhaust port is located at the feed end, using a DN40 interface. The sealing covers at both ends of the furnace tube are made of 625 baja tahan karat, providing excellent sealing performance and effectively preventing the entry of outside air.
- High-Efficiency Cooling System, Rapid Cooling
The cooling section is 800mm long and equipped with a high-pressure fan for rapid cooling of high-temperature materials, shortening the production cycle and improving efficiency.
