This 800℃ KQGA continuous production vacuum atmosphere rotary furnace combines a continuous rotary structure with an atmosphere protection system, enabling continuous feeding, heating, تبريد, and discharging of materials under a protective atmosphere.
The entire system features independent temperature control in three zones, 625 high-temperature corrosion-resistant stainless steel furnace tubes, an automatic feeding system, and an intelligent touchscreen control platform, meeting the stringent requirements of industrial continuous production for temperature uniformity, product consistency, and automation.
Product Features Rotary Furnace
- Continuous Production, High Efficiency
This equipment is a continuous production type vacuum atmosphere rotary furnace. Materials are continuously fed in from the inlet, processed in the high-temperature heating zone, and continuously discharged from the outlet. The total furnace tube length is 4m, the heating zone length is 2m, and the cooling section length is 800mm, suitable for large-scale continuous production of powdery and granular materials.
- Three Independent Temperature Zones, Precise and Controllable Temperature
Three independent temperature zones are used for control. The inlet is located at the outlet end, and the exhaust port is located at the feed end, using a DN40 interface.
