This large-scale, high-temperature precision Rotary Kiln furnace is a thermal processing unit designed specifically for the continuous calcination, تلبيد, activation, roasting, and heat treatment of powder materials. Featuring a split design that separates the furnace body from the control system, the equipment is equipped with a high-temperature silicon carbide heating system, an electric lifting and tilting mechanism, and a variable-frequency rotary drive system. By precisely controlling furnace temperature, rotation speed, tilt angle, and material residence time, the furnace effectively enhances product reaction uniformity and production efficiency, meeting the requirements for laboratory research, pilot-scale testing, and full-scale production.

- Split-unit design with adjustable furnace tube tilt
The equipment features a split design separating the control system from the furnace chamber. The furnace tube assembly utilizes an electric dual-lead-screw lifting mechanism, allowing for an adjustable tilt angle (1–15°); adjusting the lift height controls the material discharge speed.
- Spiral extrusion feeding for continuous production
The feed end of the equipment utilizes a stainless steel screw extrusion feeder (150 mm in diameter and 1,800 mm in length) to ensure uniform and continuous feeding. Featuring a high degree of automation, the discharge end is equipped with a 2,300 mm cooling unit that lowers the discharge temperature to below 50°C.

The furnace lining employs vacuum-formed, high-purity, lightweight alumina materials, while areas prone to impact—such as the furnace opening and bottom—use lightweight hollow-sphere alumina boards. The four-layer insulation system consists of alumina fiber wool, alumina fiber board, polycrystalline alumina fiber board, and lightweight insulating bricks, resulting in an energy efficiency improvement of over 80% compared to traditional electric furnaces. The furnace shell temperature remains below 45°C, ensuring safe and comfortable operation.
- Intelligent touchscreen control for easy operation
The control panel is equipped with a touchscreen, intelligent temperature controller, power switch, main heating start/stop buttons, voltmeter, ammeter, computer interface, rotation speed regulator, and lift control switch, providing a clear overview of the system’s operating status. Microcomputer program control supports programmable curves and fully automatic heating/cooling cycles; temperature control parameters and programs can be modified during operation for maximum flexibility and convenience.
