PRODUCT PARAMETERS
Description
AIJK Series Thyristor Triggers
The AIJK series thyristor triggers are intelligent three-phase phase-shift triggers and frequency zero-crossing dual-purpose trigger controllers developed using microcontroller technology. They feature high control accuracy, strong stability, and comprehensive functions. This series is widely applicable to various industrial electric furnaces and electric heating equipment, and can be matched with various types of loads such as resistance wires, silicon carbide rods, silicon molybdenum rods powered by transformer step-down, and tungsten wires. It can also be used for motor soft starting and inductive load control.
The equipment adopts a fully opto-isolated design, possessing high reliability and anti-interference capabilities. Through intelligent power correction technology, it achieves a linear correspondence between output power and input signal, meeting the precise temperature control and stable operation requirements of industrial heating equipment.
Product Features
- Multi-Signal Compatible Input
Supports 0-20mA (0-5V) / 4-20mA (1-5V) standard control signal input, allowing connection to temperature controllers, PLCs, computer control systems, and other equipment for automated control.
- Intelligent Power Linear Correction
Utilizes computer technology for power linearization correction. When the load is resistive, the output power maintains a proportional relationship with the input control signal, improving heating control accuracy.
- Comprehensive Fault Detection and Protection Functions
Features phase loss detection, overcurrent detection, and alarm functions; some models also support thyristor breakdown detection and load open circuit detection, effectively improving equipment operational safety.
- Automatic Synchronization Control Technology
Employs automatic synchronization, eliminating the need to adjust the power phase sequence when connecting thyristor trigger circuits. Some models do not require distinguishing input polarity, making installation and debugging more convenient.
- High-Reliability Isolation Design
Employs full opto-isolation and high-reliability protection technology, providing strong isolation between input and output, effectively reducing external interference and improving system stability.
- Supports Soft Start Function
Features soft start and soft stop functions with adjustable current feedback or delay time, suitable for various applications including silicon molybdenum rods, tungsten filaments, motors, and inductive loads.
- Integrated Power Supply Design
Integrates a switching power supply, allowing direct use of 220VAC power, and provides both 5V and 24V DC power outputs for convenient system compatibility.
