The Industrial Lifting Furnace adopts a structure combining a fixed furnace body with a bottom lifting platform. Materials are placed on the lifting platform, which is electrically or hydraulically driven to rise into the furnace and descend to exit. Loading and unloading is convenient and quick.

  1. Customizable Dual Furnace Platform for Continuous Production

It can be equipped with a dual-furnace platform, with two lifting platforms used alternately: one for heating inside the furnace and the other for loading and unloading outside. After the process inside the furnace is completed, the heated platform is withdrawn, and the spare platform can be immediately put in, which can significantly improve equipment utilization and production efficiency.

The control panel is equipped with a touchscreen and an intelligent temperature regulator, integrating components such as a power switch, main heating start/stop button, voltmeter, ammeter, and computer interface, allowing for real-time monitoring of the system's operating status. The touchscreen interface is user-friendly and intuitive, and can store multiple process curves.

  1. High-quality furnace lining for excellent insulation and energy saving

The furnace lining is made of vacuum-formed high-purity alumina lightweight material, which has advantages such as high operating temperature, low heat storage, resistance to rapid heating and cooling, no cracking, no slag shedding, and good insulation performance. The multi-layer composite insulation structure provides significant energy savings.

Precautions1. In order not to affect the service life of the furnace, we recommend a heating rate of less than 15°C/min (heating too fast at high temperatures will shorten the life of the heating elements).
2. This lift furnace does not have a vacuum sealed structure, so flammable or explosive gases must not be introduced.
3. After using this lift furnace for a period of time, small cracks may appear in the chamber. This is normal and will not affect operation. The cracks can be repaired with an aluminum oxide coating.
4. It is not recommended to introduce corrosive gases. If strong corrosive gases such as S or Na must be introduced, please inform us in advance so that the chamber can be specially treated.
5. Do not allow high-temperature solutions to leak onto the furnace bottom. Preventive measures include using a backing plate or isolating with aluminum oxide powder.
6. The instrument should be placed in a well-ventilated, dry area.
