1000°C Tilting Electric Rotary Furnace
The 1000°C tilting electric rotary furnace is an automated, high-temperature system designed for the continuous drying, memanggang, kalsinasi, pyrolysis, and heat treatment of powder materials. It features an independent three-zone temperature control system, an intelligent PLC control unit, an adjustable tilting rotary mechanism, and an automatic spiral feeding system to ensure continuous material intake, uniform tumbling and heating, and automatic discharge. Equipped with a large-diameter (Φ300mm) rotary tube, an extra-long (4000mm) heating zone, electric tilt adjustment (0–30°), and a variable speed drive (0–5 rpm).

- Adjustable Tilt Angle and Controlled Material Flow
The furnace body’s tilt angle is adjustable between 0° and 30°; combined with the furnace tube’s rotation speed (0–5 rpm), this allows for precise control over the material’s residence time and travel speed within the tube.
- Three Independent Temperature Zones with Precise Profile Control
The total heating zone length is 4000 mm, divided into three sections (1333 mm each), with independent temperature control for each zone. Heating, holding, and cooling profiles can be customized based on process requirements; materials pass sequentially through preheating, kalsinasi, and cooling zones, enabling continuous, staged processing.
- 316L Stainless Steel Tube with Anti-Sticking Internal Flights
The furnace tube is constructed from 316L stainless steel (total length ≈ 6000 mm, diameter 300 mm) and is suitable for long-term operation at temperatures up to 800°C. Internal flights (made of the same material as the tube) are welded to the inner wall; as the tube rotates, these flights continuously lift and tumble the material to prevent it from sticking to the wall. Mechanical knockers are installed at both ends to periodically strike the tube’s exterior, further preventing material adhesion.
- Spiral Feeding System with Anti-Jamming Design
