The inner chamber of this device features a multi-layer stainless steel or pure aluminum structure, offering excellent corrosion resistance; furthermore, the interior is equipped with five shelves, enabling the simultaneous processing of large batches of samples.
- High-Capacity Chamber
With internal dimensions of 1700 × 1900 × 1800 mm (Depth × Width × Height) and external dimensions of 2150 × 2400 × 2300 mm, the chamber boasts a substantial volume. This makes it perfectly suited for the drying and curing of large workpieces or high-volume material batches.
- Three-Sided Heating
The heating elements utilize high-temperature alloy resistance wires, strategically installed at the bottom and on both sides to create a three-dimensional, uniform heating field.
- Programmable PID Control
Utilizing digital PID regulation and programmable control capabilities, users can configure specific heating curves based on process requirements to achieve fully automated operation. The unit includes an RS485 communication interface with a transmission range of up to 1000 미터, enabling centralized control via a touchscreen interface for functions such as furnace start/pause/stop, heating curve configuration and retrieval, and parameter adjustment.
