Fully Automatic Corrosion-Resistant Electric Drying Oven
This fully automatic, corrosion-resistant electric drying oven is specifically designed for the high-temperature drying, curing, aging testing, and heat treatment processes of electronic components, chemical materials, new energy materials, metal products, and precision industrial goods. The equipment features a corrosion-resistant stainless steel or pure aluminum inner chamber structure and is equipped with an intelligent PID programmable temperature control system, RS485 remote communication capabilities, and a highly efficient, energy-saving heating system, ensuring long-term stable operation and precise temperature control.

- Multi-layer Stainless Steel / Pure Aluminum Shelves
The inner chamber of this device features a multi-layer stainless steel or pure aluminum structure, offering excellent corrosion resistance; furthermore, the interior is equipped with five shelves, enabling the simultaneous processing of large batches of samples.
- High-Capacity Chamber
With internal dimensions of 1700 × 1900 × 1800 mm (Depth × Width × Height) and external dimensions of 2150 × 2400 × 2300 mm, the chamber boasts a substantial volume. This makes it perfectly suited for the drying and curing of large workpieces or high-volume material batches.
- Three-Sided Heating
The heating elements utilize high-temperature alloy resistance wires, strategically installed at the bottom and on both sides to create a three-dimensional, uniform heating field.
- Programmable PID Control
Utilizing digital PID regulation and programmable control capabilities, users can configure specific heating curves based on process requirements to achieve fully automated operation. The unit includes an RS485 communication interface with a transmission range of up to 1000 meters, enabling centralized control via a touchscreen interface for functions such as furnace start/pause/stop, heating curve configuration and retrieval, and parameter adjustment.
- Traceable Historical Data
Heating curves can be stored on a computer, allowing for the retrieval, modification of setpoints, and adjustment of common parameters at any time. The recording intervals for historical curves and reports are fully customizable (ranging from 1 second to 1 hour), and data can be archived for long-term storage, thereby facilitating comprehensive process analysis and quality traceability.
