Large-Scale Intermittent Rotary Furnace

This large-scale intermittent rotary kiln adopts a large-size rotating furnace tube structure. By adjusting the rotation speed and tilt angle, the material is evenly turned and heated in the furnace, which can effectively improve product consistency and production efficiency.

The system uses an S7-1500 series PLC fully automatic control platform, equipped with an industrial touchscreen computer, a multi-point temperature monitoring system, and an automatic atmosphere control system. It can achieve intelligent management of temperature, rotation speed, tilt angle, 대기, and process flow. 1. Large Capacity, Strong Batch Processing Capacity

This equipment has a single loading capacity of approximately 4 cubic meters, suitable for large-scale intermittent heat treatment of powdery and granular materials. The heating zone furnace tube has a diameter of 1430mm and a length of 6000mm, while the cooling zone furnace tube has a diameter of 1030mm and a length of 6000mm, providing outstanding processing capacity suitable for industrial-scale batch production.

2. Five-Point Temperature Control, Uniform and Reliable Temperature

It employs five-point temperature control and four-point monitoring and measurement (material temperature inside the tube, discharge port, exhaust port, and cooling temperature). The temperature measuring element is a nickel-chromium-nickel-silicon K-type thermocouple (temperature range 0-1350℃).

3. Adjustable Furnace Tube Inclination and Rotation Speed, Flexible Process

The furnace tube rotation speed is adjustable from 1-10 r/min, and the inclination angle is adjustable from 0-35 degrees. Users can flexibly adjust the residence time according to material characteristics and process requirements to achieve optimal heat treatment results, adapting to sintering, drying, calcination, and other processes for different types of materials.

4. High-efficiency heating, rapid temperature rise

Total power 600kW, heating elements are silicon carbide rods, installed above and below the furnace tube to form a high-efficiency heating field. The heating rate is adjustable from 1℃/h to 40℃/min, adapting to the temperature rise curve requirements of different processes. Temperature control accuracy ±1℃ ensures process reproducibility.

5. Double-layer sealing, controllable atmosphere

The furnace tube uses a double-layer stainless steel rotary sealing structure at both ends, providing excellent sealing performance. It can accommodate various gases such as oxygen, nitrogen, and argon, with fully automatic control to meet the stringent atmospheric requirements of different materials.

6. S7-1500 PLC fully automatic control

Uses Siemens S7-1500 series PLC for fully automatic control, supporting network topology, remote monitoring, and freely editable process flow. Equipped with an industrial touchscreen computer, featuring a user-friendly interface, recordable and traceable data, facilitating process analysis and quality management.

7. Screw Feeder, Automatic Feeding
