This 1400°C vacuum atmosphere box furnace integrates a temperature control system, vacuum furnace chamber, vacuum pump, gas path system, pressure protection system, gas flow control system, and water circulation cooling system. It is specifically designed and manufactured for high-temperature vacuum and atmosphere-protected experiments.
The equipment uses a vacuum-formed alumina lightweight material lining, which has excellent heat insulation performance and resistance to rapid heating and cooling. The entire machine adopts a double-layer air-cooled furnace body structure, effectively reducing the outer shell temperature and improving the stability and safety of equipment operation.
