Dalles légères de mullite
PARAMÈTRES DU PRODUIT
Description
Lightweight Mullite Large Slabs
Lightweight mullite large slabs are made primarily from alumina, silica, and mullite, combined with fillers and binders, and formed using a suction-compression bonding method. Compared to commercially available calcined fiber products and lightweight insulating bricks, they offer better processability, larger slab sizes, lower thermal conductivity, and lower density. Large slabs and custom-shaped products can meet the requirements of operating at temperatures up to 1450℃ and continuously at 1400℃. They have already replaced imported products in multiple electric/gas kilns, demonstrating excellent energy-saving effects and reducing operating costs.
Caractéristiques du produit
- Large Panel Design, Highly Efficient Construction
Large panel size (standard 1000×600mm) reduces the number of seams, resulting in high construction efficiency, good overall sealing, and effectively reducing thermal bridging.
- Low Thermal Conductivity, Significant Energy Savings
Low thermal conductivity (0.15~0.24 W/(m·K)) and light density (450~1000 kg/m³), resulting in low heat storage and significantly improved energy saving compared to traditional lightweight insulating bricks.
- Low Heating Linear Change, Dimensional Stability
Low heating linear change rate at high temperatures; shrinkage rate ≤0.8% (450 kg density) at 1400℃ and ≤4.0% at 1500℃, ensuring good dimensional stability and long service life.
- Good Processability, Customization Supported
Compared to commercially available calcined fiber products and lightweight insulating bricks, it has excellent processability, allowing for cutting and drilling, and also supports custom-made irregular shapes.
- High-purity raw materials, low impurity content
Using high-purity alumina, silica, and mullite as the main raw materials, the content of harmful impurities such as Fe₂O₃, Na₂O, and K₂O is low, making them less likely to react with materials at high temperatures, ensuring process purity.
