Description
6KW-10KW Ultra-High Frequency Induction Heating Equipment
This 6kW to 10kW ultra-high frequency induction heating equipment uses ultra-high frequency inverter technology, with a maximum operating frequency of 700kHz. It heats metal workpieces rapidly through the principle of high-frequency electromagnetic induction, resulting in fast heating, a small heat-affected zone, and concentrated heat, making it particularly suitable for localized heating of small workpieces, precision parts, and tiny areas.
This series includes two models, AJG-6.0kW-2 and AJG-10kW, and can be widely used in fields such as quenching of small parts, precision brazing, welding of electronic components, medical device processing, jewelry manufacturing, and laboratory research and development.
Caractéristiques du produit
- Ultra-high frequency output, extremely shallow penetration depth
This series offers two ultra-high frequency models: AJG-10kW (50-300kHz) and AJG-6.0KW-2 (200-700kHz). The ultra-high frequency current penetration depth is extremely shallow, with heat highly concentrated on the workpiece surface, suitable for rapid heating and precision heat treatment of miniature parts, thin-walled components, and fine wires.
- Higher frequency, faster heating speed
The AJG-6.0KW-2 model has an oscillation frequency of up to 200-700kHz, resulting in extremely fast heating and a very small heat-affected zone. It is particularly suitable for localized heating of miniature parts, precision welding, and thin-layer quenching, avoiding thermal damage to surrounding areas.
- Multiple power supply options, flexible deployment
The AJG-10kW model uses a three-phase 380V power supply with an input power of 10kW; the AJG-6.0KW-2 model uses a single-phase 220V power supply with an input power of 6.6kW. The single-phase 220V model can be powered by ordinary laboratory or workshop sockets, offering greater deployment flexibility.
- Split-unit automatic control design, compact and portable
Adopting a split structure, the main unit and the sub-units are separate, with a single unit size of only 570×260×500mm. The AJG-6.0KW-2 model weighs only 23kg, and the AJG-10kW model weighs 28kg, making them compact and easy to move and deploy on-site.
- Adjustable output current, precise process control
The AJG-10kW model has an adjustable output current of 3-15A, and the AJG-6.0KW-2 model has an adjustable output current of 5-30A. The output power can be precisely adjusted according to the workpiece size, material, and heating requirements to ensure process quality.

Foire aux questions (FAQ)
- What is the difference between ultra-high frequency (UHF) induction heating and high-frequency induction heating?
UHF equipment operates at a higher frequency, resulting in a shallower heating layer and more concentrated heat, making it suitable for small workpieces, precision parts, and localized heating processes.
- How to choose between AJG-6.0kW-2 and AJG-10kW?
The AJG-6.0kW-2 uses single-phase 220V power, suitable for laboratory and small-scale production scenarios; the AJG-10kW uses three-phase 380V power, offering higher output power, suitable for continuous production and high-load conditions.
- Is UHF equipment suitable for through-heating large workpieces?
Non. UHF equipment is mainly used for surface heating and localized heating. For overall through-heating of large workpieces, high-frequency or medium-frequency induction heating equipment is generally recommended.
- Can the equipment be used for precision brazing?
Oui. UHF induction heating features concentrated heating and convenient temperature control, making it ideal for precision brazing and welding of small parts.
- Does the equipment have a large footprint?
The equipment features a compact design, with small main unit and sub-unit sizes, making it easy to install and move.
