This 1600℃ vacuum atmosphere lifting furnace adopts a high-temperature lifting structure design, integrating high-temperature sintering, vacuum atmosphere control, intelligent temperature control, and an automatic lifting system. It is suitable for high-temperature sintering and heat treatment processes in advanced ceramics, powder metallurgy, new energy materials, electronic materials, and special materials.
The equipment supports vacuum and various protective atmosphere environments, allowing the introduction of gases such as hydrogen, nitrogen, argon, carbon monoxide, and oxygen. It is equipped with pressure protection and an intelligent control system to meet the needs of complex atmosphere sintering and high-temperature heat treatment.

- Maximum Temperature 1600℃, Heated Around the Furnace with Silicon Molybdenum Rods
This equipment has a maximum operating temperature of 1600℃ (maximum 1500℃ inside the furnace under air conditions) and can operate continuously at 1500℃. It uses 24 1600-type silicon molybdenum rods as heating elements, evenly distributed around the furnace chamber to form a comprehensive three-dimensional heating field, ensuring temperature uniformity.
- Dual Loading Platforms, High Efficiency Through Alternating Operations
This lifting furnace features a dual-lifting-platform design. At high temperatures, the loading platform can be alternately switched. While one platform is heating inside the furnace, the other can be used for loading and unloading outside, significantly improving equipment utilization and production efficiency, resulting in significant energy savings.

The equipment adopts a 3-4 layer conical stepped soft sealing structure at the charging platform and furnace opening. Each step surface is equipped with an elastic high-temperature sealing strip, which can effectively absorb the thermal expansion difference between the furnace opening refractory material and the charging platform.
