This 1400℃ double-car furnace adopts a side-opening furnace door and a double-loading platform design, which is specially designed for large-sized workpieces. The equipment adopts a split control system structure, equipped with a high-purity alumina fiber lightweight furnace lining, multi-face heating silicon carbide rods, and an intelligent programmable temperature control system, which can realize efficient, energy-saving, and safe high-temperature sintering production.
The dual-loading platform structure supports simultaneous loading and sintering: while one platform is sintering inside the furnace, the other platform can complete loading and unloading preparations outside the furnace, significantly improving production efficiency and making it particularly suitable for batch production and continuous operation scenarios.

- Multi-Sided Heating, Uniform Temperature
The heating elements are silicon carbide rods, evenly distributed on both sides and the bottom of the furnace chamber, forming a multi-sided, three-dimensional heating field. Furnace temperature uniformity is within ±10℃ (depending on furnace chamber size), temperature control accuracy is ±1℃, and integrated circuit control eliminates overshoot.
- Separate Design for Convenient Operation
The equipment adopts a separate structure for the control system and furnace body, and the furnace door and bottom are also designed separately. The furnace door is a side-opening type. The refractory material between the furnace opening and the charging platform adopts a stepped cross-sealing structure. This angle increases when the charging platform is opened and gradually decreases when it is closed, thereby ensuring the reliability of the seal.
- Exhaust Port Design for Efficient Waste Gas Discharge
An exhaust port device is added to the top of the furnace chamber to facilitate the discharge of waste gas and flue gas generated during heat treatment, maintaining a clean furnace environment and improving product quality.
