The system uses a PLC and touchscreen for centralized control, achieving fully automatic operation of the charging platform’s entry, exit, and lifting, and is equipped with closed-loop thyristor triggering technology to achieve precise control of the furnace temperature.

- Fully Automatic PLC Control, Convenient Operation
The loading platform’s infeed, outfeed, lifting, and lowering are centrally controlled by a PLC, with commands issued centrally via a touchscreen. Infeeding and outfeeding utilize a continuously variable transmission (CVT) motor with a lead screw guide, offering adjustable speed; lifting is hydraulically driven, ensuring smooth and reliable operation. Signal transmission employs photoelectric isolation switches, providing strong anti-interference capabilities and ensuring precise operation.
