FT High-Temperature Ceramic Fiber Veneer Blocks
PARAMÈTRES DU PRODUIT
Description
FT High-Temperature Ceramic Fiber Facing Blocks
High-temperature ceramic fiber facing blocks are refractory and heat-insulating components made from high-purity ceramic fibers (such as polycrystalline mullite fibers) through a special process of processing, cutting, and compression. The product contains no binders or other components and possesses excellent elasticity and flexibility. Even when subjected to prolonged high temperatures in oxidizing, neutre, or slightly reducing atmospheres, it retains its original toughness, strength, softness, and fiber structure. The facing blocks can be bonded to backing refractory materials (such as refractory bricks, bétons réfractaires, or fiber modules) using ceramic fiber putty or adhesive. Installation is simple and can be used for rapid repair of old kiln linings and for the hot face lining of newly designed furnaces.
Caractéristiques du produit
- Pure Inorganic Material, No Binders
The product contains no organic binders or other corrosive substances. It is smokeless and odorless under both high and low temperature conditions, and its performance is stable and reliable.
- Excellent Elasticity and Flexibility
Compressed and molded using a special process, it possesses excellent elasticity and flexibility. After installation, its expansion compensates for furnace lining shrinkage, resulting in a seamless lining and improved thermal insulation performance.
- Low Thermal Conductivity, Significant Energy Saving Effect
With low heat storage and low thermal conductivity, it provides excellent thermal insulation and is one of the most advanced, léger, and energy-efficient fiber lining materials used in industrial kilns.
- Excellent Thermal Stability and Thermal Shock Resistance
It can withstand drastic temperature changes without cracking or peeling, making it suitable for thermal environments with frequent temperature rises and falls.
- Excellent Chemical Stability and Resistance to Airflow Erosion
It is resistant to chemical corrosion and airflow erosion, maintaining the integrity of its fiber structure even after long-term use at high temperatures.

Foire aux questions (FAQ)
- What is the difference between facing blocks, folded blocks, and modules?
Facing blocks are made by cutting and stacking fiber blankets, typically without anchors, and are bonded to the backing material with adhesive. They are mainly used for repairing old kilns and for hot-face cladding. Folded blocks and modules contain anchors and are fixed to the furnace shell steel plate by welding.
- Does the product contain organic binders? Will it smoke at high temperatures?
The product does not contain any organic binders or other components. It does not smoke or emit any odor at high temperatures, making it safe and environmentally friendly.
- How are facing blocks installed and fixed?
Ceramic fiber-specific adhesive or high-temperature mortar can be used to adhere the facing blocks to the surface of the backing refractory material (such as refractory bricks, castables, or fiber modules). The installation method is simple.
- What is the shrinkage rate of the product at high temperatures?
The heating wire has a low shrinkage rate. Taking the 1400-grade product as an example, the shrinkage is ≤1.1% under 1400℃×24h conditions, exhibiting excellent dimensional stability.
- Does the product support customized sizes?
Oui. The standard facing block size is 300×300×50/75mm, and the module size is 300×300×150~300mm. Other sizes can also be customized according to customer requirements.
