The 1000℃ electrically Roller Hearth Kiln is a continuous tunnel-structure roller kiln. It achieves continuous material feeding and discharging through a roller conveyor system, making it a typical high-efficiency continuous kiln/industrial kiln.
This equipment is widely used in the sintering and high-temperature processing of ceramics, metal products, and powder materials. This high-temperature roller kiln (롤러 난로 가마) is a roller tunnel kiln suitable for sintering and high-temperature treatment of ceramics, metal products, and powders. In continuous production mode, materials are continuously fed and discharged from the kiln via roller conveyors, resulting in high production efficiency and suitability for large-scale industrial production.
- Extra-long Furnace Chamber, Large Capacity Design
The furnace chamber measures 22000mm×1300mm×250mm (length×width×height), with a total length of 22 미터. It has 5 independent temperature control zones and 20 temperature control points to achieve precise temperature field curve control. The inlet and outlet loading ends are each 2000mm, and the dimensions of each temperature zone are rationally allocated to meet the firing process requirements of different materials.
- Variable Frequency Speed Regulation, Smooth Operation
It adopts a frequency converter + geared motor for speed regulation, with an adjustable speed range of 0-72.5mm/min, ensuring smooth operation. The feed speed can be flexibly adjusted according to the product firing process requirements, thus regulating the material’s residence time within the kiln.

The kiln is divided into five temperature zones, each with top and bottom heating, and independent temperature control at each control point.
- Superior Roller Material and Reasonable Ground Distance
