This compact roller hearth Roller Kiln furnace operates continuously, automatically transporting materials via rollers without the need for manual intervention during loading or unloading. The heating system utilizes a combination of resistance wires and silicon carbide rods, capable of reaching temperatures up to 1,350°C, and features zoned temperature control.

The furnace chamber measures 4000mm × 150mm × 140mm, featuring a compact structure and a small footprint.
- Continuous Production via Roller Conveyor
The system employs a drive configuration combining Al₂O₃ ceramic rollers and stainless steel rollers; the rollers have a diameter of Ø30 mm and a spacing of 40 mm, with the roller surface positioned 835 mm above the ground.
- Controllable Temperature Profile with Dual-Zone Design
The furnace is divided into two independent temperature zones: a heating-up zone and a high-temperature zone (2300mm in length). Each zone features independent temperature control, allowing for the adjustment of heating rates and holding temperatures to meet specific material sintering process requirements.
- Adjustable Speed and Controllable Residence Time
The roller conveyor speed is adjustable within the range of 120–1000mm/h. Users can flexibly adjust the material’s residence time inside the furnace based on material characteristics and sintering process requirements, accommodating the sintering needs of various products.
- High-Quality Heating Elements
The heating system employs a combination of high-temperature alloy resistance wires and silicon carbide rods to meet heating demands across different temperature ranges.
